I wouldn't mind a 1000 dollar a week per diem

According to Newsweek that is basically what the president gets for being the president, on top of his 400k salary. That is some per diem, and he gets it even if he stays home. It is actually an expense account set at 50k, to be used to help defray the costs of the office. I wonder what costs of the office aren't already covered? Travel..Air Force one. Housing...White House. Car...Big Black Armored SUVs. Food...White House Chef.

Any thoughts?
